Salon Policies & Booking Information
At Naz Beauty Studio, we are committed to providing a professional, relaxing, and high-quality experience for every client. Please take a moment to read our salon policies and booking information before your appointment. These terms help us maintain fairness, safety, and the best possible service for all clients.
Booking Policy
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, message, or in salon. We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Some treatments may require a deposit to secure your appointment.
Deposits & Payments
Deposits are required for selected services and are non-refundable if cancellation notice is not given within the required time. We accept cash and card payments. Remaining balances can be paid at the salon on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask clients to give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or future booking restrictions.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may reduce treatment time or require rescheduling. Full treatment charges may still apply.
Patch Test Requirements
Patch tests are required 24 to 48 hours before treatments, including LVL Lash Lift, lash tint, brow tint, hybrid brows, and brow lamination. Treatments cannot be carried out without a completed patch test where required.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of beauty treatments, refunds are not normally provided once a service has been completed. If you experience any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and help resolve the issue.
Hair Extension Policy
Hair extension deposits are non-refundable once hair has been ordered. Clients are responsible for attending colour match consultations before fitting appointments where required.
Results & Aftercare
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may reduce treatment time or require rescheduling. Full treatment charges may still apply.
Medical Conditions & Allergies
Clients must inform the salon of any allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, medications, or medical concerns before treatment. Failure to provide this information may affect treatment suitability and results.
Children & Extra Guests
For health, safety, and comfort reasons, we kindly request that children and extra guests do not attend appointments unless agreed in advance.
Right To Refuse Service
Naz Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse service where necessary for hygiene, safety, abusive behaviour, inappropriate conduct, or medical reasons.
Privacy & Client Information
All client information is kept private and confidential. Your personal details will only be used for appointments, bookings, and salon communication purposes.
